- the clock tower is our land mark that evryone knows,,, also the victory club which is currently being revamped and we await what it will be like ???
- The building opposite Lidl. Not sure what its used for now but I used to go to St John's Badgers first aid course there as a nipper and still love that building.
Not really a building but if you go to the bridge over the by-pass (behind the steelworks) there are some interesting angsty poems written on the handrails done by suicidal teenagers from years ago (quite compelling stuff actually).
- The old cinema-cum-shopping mall is kinda cool, as is the Clock Tower.
