not believe that he has got "off" without a prison sentance! This creep has been growing the drug and selling it to our children. His own children have been implicated in his dirty deeds. He has never worked for a days honest pay....allways scrounged off the state! He has been prosecuted numerous times for benefit fraud and vehicle licence evasion! He has blatently flouted the law..........and now the courts feel "sorry" for him! They say that he would not benefit by being amongst criminals!! He claims to have Crohn's disease and supposedly has "bucked" the NHS medical advice in favour of "growing" his own medical cure!!! AND the courts swallowed that!! He even admitted growing for sale! Just what is this world coming to?? He admitted to selling the "stuff" for the sum of �2000 in order to turn his home into a factory! He had every bit of the latest technology installed into his home. Hydroponics...ultra violets...even his kitchen contained "drying" equipment!! The bedrooms contained "plants"....as did the attic and the cellars.........all in varying degree's of growth! Just how much does one person need for their own "personal" consumption?? I hope that my posting has alerted alarm bells in all of you that read this! Our courts have had their teeth pulled by the latest rulings on cannabis! It is obvious to me that "personal" use means personal abuse!! 2 years community service for drugs............yet a couple that cut down a hedge that belonged to them got 28 days prison!! The lady spent her time in a high security prison that contained Myra Hindley!! On a finishing note..........I don't blame our boys in blue..........they have done a fantastic job in bringing this crap to court. BUT....at what expense? We have all paid for this and then the courts smack his hand and tell him not to do it again!!!! I for one know full well that he will carry on as before cos that is just what he has done for all of his life! A total waste of space and each and everyone of us that goes out to work and pays our taxes are keeping such losers!!

I am angry enough to do something that I dont often do.........post a message. This "lowlife" was growing enough cannabis in his home to provide the whole of Stocksbridge and Deepcar with this drug! I agree with you entirely. It seems that the motorists are perhaps an easier target than the drug dealers? I am still so very angry that this person openly admitted to a court of law that he had sold drugs in order to "fund" his factory!! Yet he also insisted that he did not "profit" from the "operation"!! There was a total of 45 plants found to be in differing stages o f growth in this house. Every type of high tech "growing" conditions you could ever imagine. And yet he was growing it for his own use???? Why not just go and buy it?? Would be a lot cheaper! The whole sorry affair is a total farce!! This man IS a criminal..he has a criminal record!! I have absolutely no faith whatsover in our justice system!
