  • the bloke who plays guitar near the hsbc absolute crap at singing but ya always get a laugh out of him
  • well lets see stockton has plenty to offer on that front if you want colourful characters a walk down the highstreet after dark is a must from the mild mannered old folk who ramble on to themselves to drug dealers thinking they own a market and shouting out prices for drugs so they can get some munch. also if you do not want your head caved in from the constant "ere mert lend us a quid to get the bus" or "ere mate giz last off ya fag" then the highstreet must be avoided at all costs
  • All the tossers who sit in the shop doorways and beg you for some loose change, get off your arses and get a job !!

DAMM TOWNIES!!
  • only entertainers here are the street cleaners, straight out of the rocky horror show
  • the best entertainment is when the ppl from billingham cum thru n slag it off have they ever lukd round their own town centre. im from hardwick n proud 2 say it. it aint really all that bad once yav lived their for 19 years.
  • Only Smackheads in the Boro, some of the old Meths Down & Outs in the Old Station House in Stockton are characters.
  • BEWARE PET OWNERS!!! Cat thefts!! Caught 3 sick scum bags (hoods & caps, trackys tucked into socks) on bikes at about 4am on BRADBURRY ROAD stealing pet cats from the street. These sickos steal cats to train dogs for dog fights. These are the sickest scrotes around and there only kids! Spoken to RSPCA staff & they say its not uncommon. Next scrote I find will be nailed to a tree!
  • the flea market weds and sat town loonie magnet ever crazy in town desends there and that nutter who keeps shouting can we make a deal(yes the one in the cowboy hat)spooky people at thier best

  • crazy crusty rasta who hangs around the high street most days!
  • Lucy Turner is no longer in the group Ttorria and is solely based in Stockton.
  • The best guitarist who ever lived, Kev Smith lives in Stockton/Norton area near the club malleable. Fantastic! Gives lessons, genius.
  • the odd fella with a dog by his side, thats about it
  • that black bloke with the dread locks.....oh no he's a tramp
  • Just preachers and Smack heads take your pick!
  • my god no!!! the locals would eat them
  • ONLEY ON THE STOCKTON RIVERSID FESTIVIL
  • Billingham Town centre has a cool busker who sits with his dog. Pity he doesnt learn the words of his songs
  • not enough talent to busk . they just srounge money begging,"look at me i need a good wash and money ""yes and your getting nothing from me,junkie"
  • The monument in front of the Town Hall is often the choice for mad religious people who forsee the apocalypse (which would do most of the local residents a favour).
  • Saturday Night - High Street, lots of entertainment of the clownish kind.
  • The "Jesus loves you" man who stands opposite McDonalds would be an excellent street entertainer, but unfortunately he's deadly serious.
  • Stockton has some great buskers and street entertainers for about four days in August when it hosts the International Riverside Festival. It's well worth a visit, whether you go to see the music, comedy, dance or street theatre. They even gives the Jesus-loves-you man a run for his money!!
