- Mowchak does nice Indian food, Chas baby does lovely kebabs if you like that kind of thing! The Royal Oak at the back of teh kings does nice lunches
- chas's kebab van, the chippie, the bakery and the mowchak which does gd indian food!
- Chas's kebab van, not open on Mondays. Excellent kebabs properly cooked, and as hygienic as you can get. Mowchak Indian Restaurant/Takeaway, very good curries at reasonable prices. Chip shop has closed but is expected to reopen as a Chinese/chip shop.

- Fish & Chip shop in parade by the Kings Arms hotel. Excellent Chips!
- Super Plaice chip shop. The best spare ribs for miles around.
Mowchak Indian Restaurant - extremely good food and value-for-money.
Chas's Kebabs - very tasty, very clean, very good service.
- The fish and chip shop near the King's Arms hotel provides good fish and chips along with excellent battered sausages. Chaz's kebabs are also good for a friendly chat and some good food.
- An Indian Pub/Restarant - The foods great but the licensing hours are too short
'Chas's' Kebab van (parked ourside the three horseshoes) Always good for a chat and serves kebabs that you can actually eat
The village Bakery - Nice cakes but not much baking
