  • Yes. yes...the wonderstuff, PWEI, Neds Atomic Dustbin etc.....The best thing to come out of Stourbridge is loads of DJ's. There's a fair amount of talent.

  • robert plant lives in shatterford - not a million miles away. roy wood has moved to worcester but still freqents stourbridge. johnny briggs was in the post office the other day. him who was on thats life lived in bridle road, didn't he try to be an mp.
  • Jerome K Jerome's younger brother, who die age 7, was buried at the Congregationalist Chapel in Lower High Street. The site is about to be redeveloped for housing.

  • Wonderstuff, Neds Atomic Dustbin, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Pop Will Eat Itself- we are responsible for them all. Roy Wood and Robert Plant are seen mooching around. Some bloke from Coronation Street's son went to Ridgewood, as did Robert Plants. A house in Stourbridge was on House Invaders once (curses on daytime television and slack student timetables).
  • Mike Baldwin, Robert Plant, Roy Wood. However, none of 'em live anywhere near SBridge, but can be seen there occasionally.
  • Robert Plant from Led Zeplin Roger Moore lived in Norton for a bit. That bloke wots on corrie street.
  • OZZY OZBORNE!!!! Rumoured to still have a house in Stourbridge. Metallica went in the Rockstation about 10 years ago.

  • Johnny Briggs (Mike Baldwin off Coronation Street) used to live in Witton Street. That's about it.
