Hi to all Stubbitonians! I sometimes wonder about a lovely young lady I met when I was an Army cadet. Her name was Sarah Smith and she came from Stubbington and lived opposite the Sword fish pub. This was many years ago when I was young and very immature and I lost contact.....TWICE! To this day she remains to be the only women I ever think of in a mushey warm sort of way,if you can catch my d rift? As you can tell, Im a crap romantic with street dialect! In my eyes(As I was back then!)... not good enough for someone like her. (Boo Hoo!) In a word, I was a TWAT! Back then I was known as Jeff Norris,If anyone knows her and sees this message please pass it on to her. Im sure without a doubt she will be happily married by now and/or proberbly an Officer in the British Army! Im not after recindling an old relationship(said Pinochio!) I just felt it needed to be said" Sarah you were the Don, you have been in my thoughts for nearly fifteen years now and I should have made it clear to you back then"(I was A virgin!)nuff said! Looking for my stepbrother who would be 56-57 yrs old now. During WWll, 1943-44, my father, Robert "Gordon" Cole was stationed at Aldershot. He was a gunnar instructor in the Canadian Armored Corps. When there, he would go into London on leaves and while there, he met a love. Her name possibly Emma, we are not quite sure on this. We can only hope that son was told of his father and given him h is name to know. First of all, I'm looking to contact the following people who left Crofton Comprehensive School in 1987. James Rye, Daniel Carter, Wendy Hewett, Cindy Burt and Mark Rogers. Paul Frampton as well assuming I don't manage to get in touch with him from the ad below. Also, I used to work at Stubbington Motors until shortly before it closed and was looking for ex customers as well as any employees who worked in the morning weekdays.
