- completely agree, i too was treated appalingly after buying 2 ! faulty pc components, v.questionable customer service.

- Connexions (aka CXG), as previously mentioned, is terrible. Had a very bad experience when buying a computer from them. They lied, used under hand tactics and out right tried to rip me off (fitted a radeon 9800se instead of the 9800pro I paid for). Their lack of knowledge is unbelievable, my PSU blew the 2nd time I turned it on and it seems my computer was built by monkeys. I subsequently had to take it to The computer store in Colchester (AKA PCARENA) numerous times to have it sorted out. CXG's customer service is appalling and they are extremely unproffesional, especially the managers. AVOID, go to the Computer store in colchester.
- Connexions is the place for computer games, except they don't sell GameCube games...
