- Dr Funkenstein now has a cool upstairs department! Use it or lose it!
- Some nice exclusive shops away from the usual names such as H&M etc - such as Eleven, Gate, Van Mildert etc
- Try the shops in John Street, a bit more individual than JJB Sports
- hot rats
- Maverick was in the times of Noah, belive me there is alot more shops now, River Island is in the Bridges, we have a Van Mildert, West 1, H+M etc there has been a massive refurbihment and there is now alot more variety.
- The Roy Castle Foundation Shop
- Sunderland has alll the usual, Topshop H&M etc plus theres a TRIPLE S opening soon!!!!!!!!!!
- we have many clothes shops. Some are owned by ultra-hip fashion nazis, whose haircuts and jeans cost at least £200. They're of the totally air headed and self involved group of sinister trendies who are invading every city centre nationwide. help.
- Gotta be 53rd 'n 3rd on Derwent street. Fab punky threads. Customj gear, Lip Service etc. Class.
- Topshop, H&M, USC, Debenhams, Republic and River Island
- van mildert to blow all your years salary in one go :)

- Depending on your taste in fashion, tucci supply the chavas with mish mash and illuminous ben sherman shirts mint! and for the girls you can always find a bargin in blanford street where you can pick up the latest string vest! classy ladies or what? But choose wisely! on all occasions girls your belly must hang over your skirt!

- Dr. Funkenstein is the only sort of retro shop there is and it does loads of fancy dress stuff, its the only place that sells anything a bit different, and it always has class funky music on too...
- TRACKIES,TRACKIES,TRACKIES IF THATS WHAT YOUR INTO.
- The usual, gap, debenhams, river island etc. Clothes shopping is quite good at the recently expanded Bridges, although you have a lot of slow walkers in there so don't expect to be able to shop in a hurry!
- Again jst ur average mainline stuff, not really worth a mention ... unless your into pink lycra (as many ov our city are!) if so, try the classy Blanford street with its many quality good stores contained within!
- I wouldn't dare! Cheep and nasty is the name of the game. Apert from sports shops who do a roring trade! but bare in mind these people have never done a days sport in their lives!
- Where the whole population get there gear - McGirks Sports (or the Sunderland afc shop)
- hot rats
- If ya like ya names and are a cool teen tracksuit wearing hard cunt the best place I would reccomend is "Sports Connection" always gettin new gear in and if ya on a tight budget (student) ya cant beat "H&M" its cheap 'n' cheerful. But if you are a smart posh twat with a hefty bank balance I reccomend "APHRODITE" on vine place next to TK MAX<-(keep away from there its full of factory regects).
- NEW LOOK Have the best sales assistants, there is a really cute and sexy one called Katie!!!

- I go to Oxfam and Banardoes. They have good thrifty suits. Suits are punk rock yo. est.
- Maverick, opposite River Island. The lass who works there always makes you feel like a criminal by staring at you as soon as you walk in the place though.
- Bargain City - Blanford Street - This street is where you can find people who are on the dole and want crap clothes, and are all owned by Sabu's (pakkis)
- West One
- Go to Newcastle.
- Well Personally i like modern hip clothing and the best place for that sort of thing is Maverick opposite Littlewoods next to the Food Weighouse. Of course there are the basics like Topshop and Miss Selfridge but any label seekers should visit Maverick
- All your regular high street names. Nothing too thrilling. Maverick up the side of Littlewoods sells some good clubby/skatey stuff. A couple of decent retro places up the back of Park Lane. West one for you posh types too!
