- rainbow kebap does very tasty fast food
- THe white horse does some real fine sandwiches, and the chilli-con-carne is second to none.

- Very little choice in October! Whatever you do, don't go to Mama's in Station Road. We did on 17 Oct 02 and gave up waiting for our food after an hour! Others there had waited almost 2 hours. The Purbeck Hotel offered the best selection, and reasonably priced too.
- Rainbow Kebab.
- Rickys - down by the little amusement arcade - I can recommend their chicken salad!
Dino's Pizza - in the square half way along the promenade - They also do nice burgers
Wimpy - I'm sure you know what they serve
Durlston Castle - way up there in the national park on the clifftops there's Durlston castle, which is a nice restaurant in a very nice setting. My favorite meal from there is their baked potatos with cheese and bacon.
