  • Big and i meen big Gay Knocking shop in the Rugby Clubs and young Farmers Dances
  • THE Best Curry House in Sansea bar none is the Anarkali. As a seasoned curryaholic I've not been presented with such good food in a long whle. And to see so many new dishes. Just when you thought you knew them all....
  • One more thing i think there are too many asulum seekers here im not being racist i like them and everything but i think there are too many at the momment!
  • Swansea isn't great but it's better than Port Talbot. The Gower is worth it though...£3 bus trip to get there and full of secluded bays. Ignore the city centre, as this could be anywhere on Earth.
  • Erection store
  • im rob!!!hehe
  • naked streakers are a tradition
  • THE POSTYS WIFES ARSE IN THE POST OFFICE
  • cardiff is a better bet for everything you want to get from a city (except pizza). sadly mandeep wont deliver to cardiff and is the only reason i am still in this 'preety shity city'.
  • Just spent 14 months in south american prison, for a crime I did not commit, trust me when I say this: Swansea aint too bad, infact, it's quite nice.
  • On the rare days when it's not raining and the sun is shining, the streets of Swansea are full of excessively beautiful women - it's true!
  • there are plenty of jobs going in pc world......
  • Send an electronic postcard from Swansea from The Big Postcard http://www.thebigpostcard.co.uk
  • If your in Swansea on holiday or new in town- go to the mumbles, have an ice cream in joes ice cream parlour- nicest on the planet! and walk along the front (prom) to verdies. also take a drive to the gower and visit three cliffs bay and langland and basically any of the bays around there- they're all stunning, but some are more easily accessable than others.
  • Just been reading about the gut who didn't get to ride the "trams"! Must be a newcomer. NEVER NEVER call them trams! They were TRAINS the first trains ever and the most useful until the SWT finally demolished them for useless buses.
  • Leave your car around the place!
  • they filmed Twin Town here
  • Swansea is an excellent place to live if you can find a reasonable job here. you will need about £70,000 to buy a house in a good area. the crime rate was/is quite high in the north/east area of the city but no-where near that of some of britains major cities. most of the area around the city is attractive, most heavy industry is gone. people are quite friendly, i dont really notice as i have lived here nearly all my life. the Gower peninsular to the west of the city can be compared to the devon coast-probably better. swansea was never really a welsh settlement, just about all its inhabitants migrated here during the industrial revolution when swansea was the metallurgical capital of the world, therefore welsh is rarely heard here. but we are very welsh in other ways.
  • Check out the Fields aroundMorriston hospital for Magic Mushrooms. Best on October!
  • ALL ENGLISH PEOPLE DONATE YOUR CARS TO BORED LADS UP THE HILL
  • A 'ugly lovely town' according to Dylan Thomas. A 'pretty shitty city' according to Twin Town - which was shot here! Swansea Museum. Free. Swansea Library. Free. Passport to Leisure available for many people, cuts anything from bus fares to theatre tickets. The traffic crime rate here is _notorious_. Take heed! Industrial heritage, but some startlingly attractive areas surprise people with too many preconceptions. Studentville is largely Uplands, Brynmill, the Mumbles. Don't take too many short cuts through Singleton Park at night. People _have_ been attacked there, and not always small helpless females, either. Welsh Centre opposite the city centre Tesco's. Welsh course reputed to be good.
  • Places to pull !! Unqestionably Quidds Inn
  • Second largest city in Wales.
  • Birth place of Dylan Thomas & Sir Harry Secombe.
  • Ferry to Ireland.
  • Excellent stop to tour south wales.
  • The Mumbles mile is most excellent. I have spent many a night staggering down that road after a day and night of drinking.
  • I'm a local and I do not live on the 'HILL'.
  • Streetblader: new shop in Shoppers Walk arcade
  • You can hang-glide off the cliffs on the Gower; walk for miles along the bay; dodge the hyperdermic needles on Town Hill Estate or giggle at the Welsh-speakers from Carmarthenshire in town for the shopping......all in the space of a few miles!
  • read the freetime and find out when the duo's 2kandu and dirty fingers are playing, then go to see them.the guitarists are absolutely the best guitarists in wales if not the uk.and the vocals are second to none.
