- theres no cinema in swinton, meadowhall is good but pricey
- Cafe Sport used to be a cinema but reopened as a skateboard park as the concept of moving
pictures was a little scary to most local folk - it had been known for whole audiences to run from the
cinema screaming ... " it's the Devil's Work etc. "
- The best cinemas to go to are the ODEN at Barnlsey or UCI at Crystal Peaks don't go near Warner at Meadowhall or UGC at Centertainment, they're just rip offs
- Well, you have to go to medowhall to go and watch a film or you could just ask around and I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction to someone who knows someone who could, maybe lend you a film that has not yet come out of the cinemas, if you know what I mean.
- Go to the centertainment in sheffield. There's a megaplex there and it's like watching cinema in first class! there's also a hollywoodbowl and loads a resteraunts, a good jumping off point for clubbing cos it's so close to everything.
- Meadowhall or the valley centertainment[both Sheff].
