- Two new clothes shops have come to light, both at the end of Queen Street near the GT, Janets Ladies Wear and Wool Shop & Sisters Ladies Fashion and Greetings Cards. Both fairly cheap, greeting cards at Sisters are cheaper than the rip off GT.

- there's the charity shop, actually there are a lot of charity shops around here but again if you want good clothes you have to go to medowhall! (thats in sheffield)
- unless your charity shops or old ppl shops your better going to sheffield,try peak performance or the forum i get all my clothes from there.M edowhall is good on cold days but clothing is pretty limited unless your a glama boy
- No need, except the odd baby shop. We seem to have had hundreds over the years set up by bored rich housewives who wanted to play at being business people. Shops in Swinton seem to have a high turnover of owners.
- well, there's like babies shops, wool shops, sewing shops, so I supose if you were really desperate you could buy things to make some clothes!
- Swinton has no clothes shops!Try Sheff,Etons in Rotherham,or the stockroom in dirty Mexborough for somewhere a bit closer to home.
