  • The Monastry
  • Most of the building's in Tavistock have a nice 'historic' theme to them because the whole town was based on a Benedictine Monestary that was eventually demolished by Henry VIII, still a lot of crenellations and stone arches remain though. The Town Hall is fairly impressive, at least it is if you don't see it every day.
  • Any where that sells alcohol - to deaden the boredom of an edge of Dartmoor bleak (ancient stanary) market town.
