- Frosty used to do a great 'plane impression. What about Kieth Exley who knew everyones birthday even yer grannies. Old Snowey....everywhere you look he's there. You go to Donny he's there, you go to Barnsley he's there, you get on a train he's there, you go in cora and he's bin there all day. How does he do it?
- there are two amazing young bmxers that usually ride thurnscoe skatepark, jake tutin who rides haro and sean asquith who rides hoffman, u should come and see them they are worth the journey
- Dale Lacey is the king of thurnscoe ive never seen such a neat packet of top class dry wit and entertainment
- All over Thurnscoe and can easily be seen with Cider bottles in there hand but these can mostly be seen outside The Spar (or Thurnscoe News and Booze) whatever, and the local School The Dearne High School.
