BMX Trails, Street Spots
- The canal is good for getting up speed, but you have bad surfaces that are poorly maintained. You also have yocals who won't move out the way on purpose (they also do it on the pavement), and of course, those damn motorbikes who think it's cool to ride two or three abreast on an untaxed, unlicensed and uninsured death-trap. You hear their approaching abuse from afar, and they often hit speeds in excess of 40mph. There is some decent land near Tividale but the council being what it is..
- Just about the only place to participate in this sport is under the Black Country Route, near Great Bridge. The kids had to build this area themselves because the council don't do recreation (they are brilliant at taxing people and wasting money, however). The council then wonders why mobs roam the are 24/7, vandalising play areas..
- There's some good ground underneath the Black Country Route at the back of Great Bridge..just watch out for the glass, busted up cars and local tribes who aren't particualry cultured or human.
