• Tipton Job Centre. It's a horrible building, and serves little function beyond forcing people into low-paid work with no prospects, or propaganda schemes like New Deal. Some of the staff there are very unhelpful and appear to intimidate their clientele.
• The whole of the tibbington estate, lost city and any other area where there is a high number of inbred dole dossing layabouts. I accept that not everyone who lives in these areas are as described but from past bad experiences I cant help but be biased.
• The whole area should be flattened and started again, especially the Tibbington and Old Moat Farm estates. Basically everything from Princess End, 5 ways, to Ocker Hill, right over to Great Bridge. Only next time it should be controlled by officials that arent just going to line their pockets with the cash. And why hasn't someone insisted already that such eye sores as Bolton Court, The Three Horsehsoes pub, The Black Countryman pub and those hideous shop fronts and overhead slums on St Marks Road should be blown off the face of the map?

• Tipton Police Station. It's not open at night and at weekends, yet every single light is left on at night. If you're going to pay taxes for policing in Tipton, then Tipton police should oblige instead of arrogantly telling people not to rely on them when they're in need. Several rapes, attacks, indecent exposures from pedo's along the canal..what's it gonna take? The police know about this but for years the problem has been like Owen Street's level crossing, or the traffic through Great Bridge virtually all the time: pathetically incompetent. Where else in a civilised society would they be allowed to get away with it?
• A shed at the bottom of my neighbour's garden.
• Tipton Police Station. Closed during the evening and the weekend, with arrogant little sticky notes plastered on the front informing people to phone other, over-stretched services. The amount of anti-social crime and more serious crime that does go on in Tipton eg arson and intimidation, is of a very high level - sometimes right under the nose of this station. Yet when your house is burgled, when there's a gang threatening your family, rest assured that your station can take your call first thing after 9am and then send a calling card 24hrs later. In fact crime is so bad in this area we have terrorist suspects ritght under our noses. We have people moving away, unable to put up with the non-stop yobbish lifestyle of the locals - ask anyone on a council or even private ghetto in this area. The very people we should be attracting won't even get of the train, for they know only too well the welcome awaiting those that stand up, look after themselves and don't resort to voilence at the drop of a hat.. Also worth demolishing is the Triplex Foundry along Alexandra Road. Why? Well for years despite knowing exactly what they're doing, they have bombarded our ears with noise and choked our throats with pollution 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise from their generators and sometimes the air is so foul, you vomit and cannot get rid of it from your house, your eyes stinging. What a nice advert for our town, eh..
• The Whole of TIBBINTON ESTATE!
• The mosque in the Taliban triangle. This area is a no-go zone unless you're above the law, i.e. the crimes you commit don't exist. As such it's a virtual free-for-all, with drugs and crime taking place and the police not entering the area because they're undermanned and run by a bunch of sh*theads who have no clue how to bring about law and order.
• id like 2 see the whole of paki land demolished od not go round paki land cuz it stinks of curry n u will see stupid little twats n big fat bindi curry munchin pakis trottin round spreadin ther diseases n changin our once was very nice large library that ive loved for years into a mosque all payed for by us of course
• Sandwell Council House. Designed by AutoCAD - and it looks like it was! Also, the WHOLE of Tipton Rail Station; what a dump! People actually quew to use it's facilities??? Perfect place for travellers and yobs to gather at, though..
• Sandwell Council House. It's a CAD-orientated monstrosity, responsible for denying Tipton a heck of a lot of money over recent years through silly schemes being drummed up by people that don't know the area.
• Sandwell Council House. Yes I know it's not exactly in Tipton, but hey - it sure has a lot to do with the general state of the place. Hypocracy, beurocracy, political-correctness gone mad together with a whole host of financial innacuracies make people wish this AutoCAD-designed disaster of a building should be levelled and replaced with a modern, less-imposing centre of operations.
• The whole of Princes End.
• Neptune Health Park, a lottery-money white elephant. All us fat lardy pale Tipton people were supposed to go there and work out to keep fit. Anyone could have told them we'd rather go down the chippie.
