- There will be a Ceilidh in the Learney Hall on the 29th October 2004. Music by Allaidh Modhan, BYOB and snacks. Tickets £8-00 includes Stovies. Raffle, some great prizes. All proceeds to Torphins Parent and Toddlers Group. For more information contact forbesthomson@btopenworld.com
- occasionally something happens at the learney arms but this isn't very often i'm afraid.
The learney hall has celidaghs and discos and dances and stuff though and not forgetting the torphins marquee on the third sat. in august!
- Glassel Gig held once a year in August. Local bands play. Great all day piss up!
