- oh yes, cheap food thats my area
- I would like to point out that no-one has added the pivotal part of recent Torpoint. In older days, the average man would leave The Harbour Lights and travel a small walk to a hole in a wall called knockers. However, while some average men (or lager louts) still keep with tradition, others visit the new take-away called Vinos. At Vinos you can get prety much anything!
- Spoilt for choice here! Plenty of indian (Dawats-may have a new name now, not sure), chinese (the orient), fish and chip (topshop) shops. Most of the pubs serve food, the Carbeile, etc. The Sailing Club (Kilby's) if you're a member and on the weekend after the Lights closes, its tradition to wait for an hour for chips at Knockers, whch arent that nice anyway!

- Wongs is going down hill, The Orient has always been shite, matlows keep him open. Dawat indian's nice the other one in the main street isn't too bad either. Bottom chippy is absolute crap but, the top chippy, Stan and Jenny, we who are about to eat salute you, possibly the best chippy in the world........ever! and then you've got your Knockers the place when you can buy shite food the only time it tastes nice, when you're arseholed.
- 1 indian, two chinkeys and two equally shit fish and chip shops.
- chinese, indians and the ferry stop chip shop wot also has a good fruity for gamblers.
- chinese indian hole in the wall (chippie)
- wongs
- I dont recomend the coffee pot
- Dawat indian, Wongs chinese, Knockers for food after the lights shut, orientent, lots of cafe and chip shops. Waterlodge, indian restaurant. Pubs with good food.
- Wongs and the Orientare chinese takaways. To Indian restaurents but ive forgot the names. The chippy down town and the one at the top of town.
Go to Millbrook to Posh Nosh its brilliant.
- Lots of chippys and bakeries. Wongs and the Orient are the chinese restaurents in Torpoit and serve very nice food. Sommerfield, spar and a couple of indians.
