How to Kill the tourist potential and picturesqe quality of a lovely coastal town.build loads of cheap build tatty granny flats..Grannies we love you but the builders only see your dollar.comeon architects forget cheap and cheefull give us back our architecural pride.
• The whole of Torre
• the hole town and to se there be a new one built
• Fleet Walk Shops
• That crap arcade
• Tax office above cafe Prague in Castle Circus, Keep connections tho, art deco again
• koko lounge shit music venue, shit dj's etc etc
• Torbay Community College. Also The English Riviera centre cost millions of pounds of tax payers money and offers vey little except for a swimming pool where you cant have a proper swim because it is a weird shape plus the flume or wave machine rarely works. The ERC seems to ofer little else the bar is usually closed. Living Coasts costs over five pounds to enter and is so small you have difficulty spending more than 30 minutes looking around, rip off.
• The Church - Piazza must be resurrected!!!
• All the houses and the Super Stores in the Willows including the Willow Tree Public House. All an Eyesore.
• Factory row and their occupants!
• MacDonalds Newton Rd. Police Station, Job Center, Greasey Tony's Cafe Babbacombe, Mother-in-Laws House Shiphay (With her in it :-) ), Riviera Centre as an eyesore.
• I'd like to see thayt ridiculous penguin place demoslished, that huge ugly net that towers over the harbour.

• Central Church - an eye sore and that is being polite!
• The cafe near the harbour where the fishwife behind the counter screeches unnervingly to her passing friends as you attempt to buy a drink.
• CLAIRS NIGHT CLUB OR SHOULD THAT BE CLAIRS YOUTH CLUB OR DRUG DEN!!!!!!!
• the wee shlter at the sea front
• The proposed avery (when it is bulit on top of coral island) Royal Hotel on the Sea Front. Riviera Centre. Houses in Plainmoor and houses near TCC.
• Central Church (no offence to Christians, but that is a very ugly building - and you can see it from seemingly everywhere in Torquay)
• The police station has now been rebuilt and extended.
• Queensway shops are ugly! And I've never been keen on the English Riviera Centre, hideous monstrosity of concrete that it is.
• The Princess Theatre used to look awful, but they partially did it up so it's not that bad now, if it was demolished it should be with Jim Davidson and his bigotted audience still inside. I really can't explain my loathing for that section of Torbay residents enough.

• Coral Island leisure complex. Once a series of bars, clubs and amusement arcades, it's a concrete monstrosity which has been boarded up for about 10 years. It wasn't pretty before it started falling down!
