• Try the Bay Horse new people and very welcoming,very top of town if you reach the Kingsbrige you have definately gone too far!! Steam Packet is good too but a bit pricey nice staff
• The Castle Inn is a great place to drink whenyou are old enough!!!!! Or b4 if you can get away with it.
• -The Bull Inn, nice friendly pub with colourful characters
• The Albert Inn! Einstein may be hanging outside but inside it is never so high brow. Worth the visit for the entertaining reparteee provided by the ever mad landlord Timmy Langsdorf.
• I always used to go to the dartmouth inn on a friday night and then maybe to the castle inn.The Dartmouth has got quite a local crowd and the Castle more of a young trendy crowd.
• Castle is the best pub in town, relaxed crowd, cool music and Fosters Amber !
• The Castle is the regular haunt of the most 'interesting' characters of Totnes and boasts a great beer garden and superb juke-box!

• The Tower Inn, Slapton. An absolute classic!!!
• Punch up a go go: The Nelson, always good for some slappers having a bitch fight. Quiet and sedate : The Royal Seven Stars- I go there to avoid the youth of Totnes who wouldnt be seen dead there. Places to be "seen": The Bull and The Dartmouth seem to be the main choices.
