- Every major clothes store seems to have a chain in Tunbridge Wells, there are also a large variety of charity shops for those bargains and jigsaws
- The new lingerie shop Aphrodisia by Safeways looks expensive from the windows, but they've got incredible gel bras for about twenty quid in all sorts of colours, even strapless ones, and diamante thongs for £4.95. The other thing is the clubwear, which if they haven't got it in in your size, you can order from catalogues. They've got the Cheeky Girls lurex gold hotpants (not my style!) for £25!! The assistants are really helpful and not snotty, and will give discounts to 'students' when asked. They told me Love Kylie will be in soon.
- Loads of shops of all kinds. Also if you're really tall there;s Long Tall Sally in chapel place which caters for those of us who suffer from ankle swinger syndrome.
- The charity shops tend to get hand me down from wealthy do gooder types, so you can dress well for less here.
