- Best thing about Ullesthorpe is that it's built on a big hill so there's no chance of ever getting flooded out
- Country air, the smell of Haynes' Farm, the playing fields that have always got the gate padlocked so no-one can get in, smoking joints down the brook late at night, and the friendly badgers down the banks. Late bars at The crown.
- The people, the drink, banks. (but only when it's dry)
