- Nothing anybody with talent left.
- The Peach Thieves with Blezz and Flash Messenger. Influenced by the legendary Three Johns. What more could you want?
- What happened to The Peach Thieves, with Blezz and Flash Messenger?
- This page is basically the result of the Shitdig's attempt of a PR campaign to get noticed, even though they have played the immense number of one gig since they started. Actual good bands in Ulverston are Murray and the Skankers and Streams of Whiskey.
- Murray & The Skankers are a young ska band with a large fanbase, they play all over Cumbria, they're alright but all their songs sound the same. Torture TV are a cool punk band which are fast becoming the ones to watch. TV play in Healeys a lot in Barrow and sometimes the Crossbar. Streams of Whiskey are a cool and very talented Irish Folk Punk band, they play a lot of the Pogues. Whiskey play all over Cumbria, mainly to old people despite the fact that they're all so young. The Shindig are probably one of the best bands in the area, they're indie/punk band, the members are quite young and are still in college. Heard the Shindig are gonna have a string of gigs around Barrow playing venues like Queens and The Crossbar after the New Year.
- The Shindig are class, I reckon they're gonna make it big! Murray and the Skankers are a ska band and they're really good. Miss Feedback are pretty good, they're a cool girlband. Streams of Whiskey are a folk punk band and they're amazin. Torture TV are dead good.
- The Shindig is a great band consisting of four lads who are currently attending Barrow Sixth Form. They all live and come from Ulverston and practise in Ulverston. They have a very unique sound with influences from the Stone Roses, Jimi Hendrix & The Clash; they are a mix from Indie, Punk, Blues, Experimental. They're going to play a big gig in February hosted by the Barrow Sixth Form Young Enterprise group called 'Fest!' either in Coronation Hall (ulverston) or The Canteen (in Barrow) which is still under discussion. Another awesome band, though not as good as The Shindig are The Streams of Whiskey. They are a Pogues/Dropkick Murphys type band which play a mix from Irish folk music and punk. They have been said to be even better than The Pogues (a bold statement but they are
- Murray and the Skankers play Ska, are still at school, but are fast becoming the ones to watch. Colin Coach house studio
