• Royales is a perfect dump-but as a regular I must say how great it is, especially when you've already had too much to drink! The drinks are not as pricey as it used to be and if you go to the web site you can get free tickets! Any muppet can pull and it's also a good place to go if you like men in uniform or are just after a punch up. Only real complaint? Always full of the same old faces!
• Royales is awful. The best place to go in Uxbridge is the SU bar. I spent 3 years there! Uxbridge itself is scary, the locals are very aggressive and always want to pick a fight with you - especially the girls!
• FOUNTAINS MILL!!! it kicks ass, but too many mini moshers!

• The Old Bill on the High Street is cack! Your very lucky if you have to wait a year to get a pint....some (meaning myself) never get served as the staff may or may not be carpet munchers.....
• ROYALES: Ok, i used to work there and when i did, it was going off pretty much all the time,and the nights relly were awsome!! even though everyone hated it, EVERYONE went there as everyone knew everyone. I can honestly say, a night out there is completly what you make it,and will be a good one, if you pick the right night, and to go.... with an open mind. don't expect a palace! (and be a little tipsy)..and although everyone disses it on here, they've all been, and i will GAURENTEE will go again! (whether you really want to go,or not... you will!)
• Royals - Smells like like cheese (no word of a lie!) but I have always found it to be a very entertaining night out!! Just make sure you're either one of the first or the last to leave, a) The cab queues are horrendous b) Alot of drunk people standing about waiting for cabs usually brings trouble. Zanzi Bar - Attitude and small minded Townies. Don't bother unless you're 'in the clique'.

• Go into london is what i say here - try the camden underworld take you an hour on the train! But in uxbridge we have brunel's university guild of students club 'the academy' and we have royales - they are townie haunts but can be good when extremely drunk! So its up to you if you brave them
• Royales is disgusting as is any club of it's ilk. hate them, hate them, hate them. totally gross, full of chavs and wangers. you are definitely not guaranteed a good night out as some other contributer has written...take it from one who's been (and no I'm not a student who's been beaten up and can't get a girlfriend...it really is just shit). If you like Argos gold then maybe this is the place for you.

• So what can we say about good old royales!Your not true uxbridge blood, untill you have visited the sweaty and sick smelling club yourself!I have to say that in my younger youth i visited the place quite frequently on a thursday and saturday night, although I have dissed the place I had some of the best nights in there, it all depends on the company you are with and if you can tolerate the same music being played every time you go there!!!
• Filthy Royales, what to say? the sticky carpet, the cheesey smell, the overpriced drinks and the abundance of RAF Uxbridge men..... wonderful!
• Da only club is the renoun Discotheque Royales. smells of cheesy feet, u pay an arm or leg to buy urself sum little drink dats probablt watered down. we all know dat we'll end up there at da end of da nite, leave there laughin or watchin a havin a punch up!

• Thurday nights in Uxbridge over the last year have dramatically imrpoved due to the funk and hip hop night called Hot Biuttered Soul. Hot Buttered Soul promote nights all over London and one just happens to be in Uxbridge @ Zanzibar. Also they will be presenting a New Years Eve partry at Brunel Uni in the Academy. • DISCOTHEQUE ROYALES- IF YOU ARE A YOUNG FEMALE WHO CARES ABOUT HER BELONGINGS AND PERSONAL SAFETY,dont go there.After a dire night i went to collect my bag and jacket from the cloakroom only to be told they were'nt there(2 seperate tickets)When complaining to the staff it was suggested i was trying to pull a fast one, i was then asked to leave.I was left to walk the 10 miles home at 3 0 clock in the morning in boots a little skirt and sleeveless top as my cab money was in my bag along with my house keys and phone.The staff knew this and made no effort to help
• Has to be Royales (Big R). Bout £6 and 10pints minimum to get in. Decidely dodgey music and mingin slags a plenty. Falls nicely at the end of a good pub crawl. Zanzi bar is a hot spot down the bridge. 'Dangerous' Dave Killcock can sort you out with anything you need. Mixing style second to none. Looking for a good feed, well tough s**t youll have to settle for manhattens. Me mate Dave once got burgers chips, pizza for a quid, all stone cold Any ben sherman shirts likely to get up Some faces to watch out for Toyboy Conman- top player in bridge, looking for any bit of filth he can get his hands on Griff Badboy- lyrics galore, always got a rhyme, usually found under a big coat RIP GROOVE CREW-bouncing at front of dance floor near the dj absolutely battered
• Royales - renowned for being shite as hell. I have never ventured there, but apparently its mega smoky and stinks of urine, ew. There Spearmint Rhinos for the sleazy dirty gits.
• there is royales but that club is realy shit and are pretty thick as my 15 year old cousin can in wearin flat shoes. the old bill is a quite a good pub always packed though so u dont spend that much money on drink as they are normally bought for u by the man at the end of the bar who the nods his head thinkin hes some hard nut coz hes got his hair gelled and is wearin an huge soverieghn ring which looks silly!
• Garage and pop kiddies are catered for by the infamous Discotheque Royale, and there are a couple of pubs which like to think they are clubs later in the evening. There's also a strip-club by McDonald's.

• Since Continentals was conquered by the lovely Spearmint Rhino empire, Uxbridge has been left with even less choice for an after hours drink. In fact there's just one choice... Royales, and that's not really a choice at all! If you really need to go somewhere else for a drink when the pub shuts though, make sure you check the material of your shoes first, if you're not wearing 'shoes' then you wont get in, and anything resembling a trainer in the slightest will just not do! (that includes black suede shoes with a rubber sole, they're not good enough apparently).

• Spearmint Rhino. Warning! This is where all the girls who aren't good looking enough for the Tottenham Court Rd branch get sent. If you have the money to go Lap Dancing - do it properly and go to FYEO or the afformentioned branch of SR.

• Uxbridge has one dump called Royale's -As per alll the previous postings, if you want to be picked on by an acne splattered 21 year old????? this is the place to do it!!!! -
• Full of seemingly young club goers with Ben Shermans and Silver buckled loafers. Plus untold puffer jackets. The girls make BA look like he hates jewellery. Guaranteed to see at least three fights a night. However quite easy to pull.

• Well, Continentals has now gone, to be replaced by SPEARMINT RHINO!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, if having some woman wave her titties in your face for 20 odd quid is your bag, go for it. Otherwise, go hang out with the lads-in-white-socks-and-slip-on-shoes and the short-white-skirts-and-blotchy-legs brgiade ant Royales and have a fight. Then throw up in the Kentucky next door.

• If you are looking for a fight, go to Disco Royale's and watch an innoocent student from Brunel Uni get beaten up.
• It has to be said that you are going to have a good night when visiting royales but if you dont get in theres always finbars the littele shitty club 5 mins down from royales full of wannabe rude boys.
• Royales - very cheesy but where else are you guaranteed a fight almost every venue?! Finigans - well a slightly shady place during the week. Standard stuff.
• 2 only - royales and continentals although some of the pubs can be classed as clubs come midnight
