- kevin finnigan ex boxer often seen in multi coloured trousers and beret our guardian angel
- The residents are pretty amusing. They all seem to look the same.
- ERM trevor the tramp who just talks to every1
- The big issue man is actually very nice - outside woolworths every day!
There is a blind man who whistles tunes as well that is nice - mainly entertainment on the street is dodging the charity people and the market research knobs!
- Ok there are a few but they are infinitely more interesting than most of the inhabitants of Uxbridge. I think they probably realised the same thing I did.
- The local no-neck clang, who are they? where do they come from? no-one knows, but there always walk past, in a hurry! Chasing our friends into phone boxes wouldnt be the same without them.
- The blind geezer who stands outside the Pavillions whistling, brings a tear to your eye!
- Irish Big Issue sellar, chinese string man, an old woman whose always riding around on her big green street cleaner
- The horrible oriental wind-chime 'music' in the summer. Absolute torture for the surrounding shop workers.
- the odd couple havin a row in the middle of the pavillions, the woman hits the bloke wit her handbag the vlokes gets up straightens his tie and walks off, it really is very funny.
- what about the chinese men who sell those metal plaque things and they bend ur name into the metal plaque?
- The Big Issue dude! A hero!
- the would get mugged so there aint none
- there is none they aint classy enough for uxbrigde you rekon the would probally get mugged
- Not half as many as in somewhere like Camden. A couple crazy guitar playing blokes can be spotted now and then.
- The most entertaining group of people in Uxbridge has to be the crowd that are always riding the buses on their 'special needs' passes. There is 'Burp Man'
who can often be spotted on the back of the U1. Don't sit near him or dare to look at him or he will burp heartily into your face. It is a horrifying experience. Then there is 'Hairy Ears', companion of 'Burp Man' who has the hairiest auditory canals imaginable and wears grubby beige shorts and knee high socks all year round. Finally there is 'wrinkly woman' who can be spotted drinking from peoples cups outside Benjis on most saturdays. She is very friendly and will often join you at your table for a bit of mentalist chit-chat. If you have not had the pleasure of any of their company just stand in Uxbridge station for 10 minutes and guareenteed one will shuffle past.
- In Uxbridge? Are you kidding? Theyd get beeten up and robbed by all the kids.
- The street entertainers in Uxbridge take on the form of a clan of 13 year olds that wear rolled-up adidas tracksuit bottoms with neon bomber jackets and huge 80's pat evans earrings! How could you not laugh at this blatant disregard for self-appearance? Prams with crying babies usually accompany these entertainers!
- I think the guy that sells the Big Issue outside Woolies..you know..the Scottish guy..should be given a Knighthood, wonderful man.
- Go there on a Saturday and you'll be stumbling over, pan pipe players, organists and the odd cheap Local resident that will stand with their hat and whistle.
- Jude Hickson and Phil Bannerjee and their amazing pulling powers.
- My father on the subject of Ken Livingstone
- Bald toothless black guy plays the guitar every night a five o clock outside Woolies - he's so crap it is worth paying.
- Almost everywhere u walk - and stupid people trying to ask u to answer questionaires.
- We have a huge amount of buskers and street entertainers in Uxbridge town centre , it's because the coucil cant afford to pay someone to keep the shoppers happy, so they let the tramps do it instead!!!
- everywhere - big issue
- Most street entertainment is provided by rowing couples on busy shopping days!
- Homeless Big Issue sellers
