• For any of you people reading this and wondering if it would be a good area to move to and bring a family up in Verwood you would be making a big mistake. Great family houses here but please be sure to investigate children and youth activities as the local councils say they are to poor to provide any as i am a former member of the so called verwood skatepark where youths have been trying for over 5 years to get one let alone a swimming pool yet we have the fastest growing population here than anywhere else in europe. So be sure to buy a house here if you are willing to travel out of area to entertain your children or they will end up hanging around at the rec for people to moan about verwood great giving to the old but taking from the children. Not a moaner who only just moved here ive lived here all my life and many generations befor me. Thanks for reading this.

• Apparently Verwood is the fastest growing town in Europe, and it seems every spare inch of land gets 40 houses built on it. A crappy dormitory town full of old people and underage drinkers. Not enough schools, not enough buses, no CD shops, One Stop has to have doormen on weekend nights because of the cider guzzling "kids" - don't go near the rec on a fri/sat night unless you can stomach them. Oh and for god's sake don't even think about "alternative" clothing or culture.
