Pubs
- No list of Wadhurst pubs is complete without a mention of the Balaclava Arms. I don't know if it's still open (It is if the landlord "Dobbin" is still alive), but I have had many a lock-in in the said establishment. I haven't been there for about 7 years tho. Always used to be full of "locals" and piss heads. Never heard them call time.
- the red lion is the worst pub i have ever been in
- there is 4 pubs on my last count!, there is; The Greyhound = next to the main school/college, the White Heart = next to the bottom dillions, The Red Lion = at the top opposit the fish and chip shop, and just round the corner from the kabab man/van!, and finally, if you really want to do the trek by foot (20mins) 2mins by car, there is the Best Beach = that is good, if you too wrecked to go home, there is a bed and brekkie upstaires - and the foods really nice too! and the cheff is a ledgened!
- The best pub is my local, the Best Beech Inn, which is about 2 minutes up the road from where i live.
