- Not actually cheap at all, but needs mentioning - Thai Rooms restaurant is just superb. £20 should cover a meal with drinks easily, but the fish is more expensive and might go over that - but oh! *Do* have the fish! Fantastic.
- the queen chippy. very good portions. never be daft enough to think a portion of chips is for one....
- river queen wallasey village same price as everyone but you get loads. also size of fish is worth buying
- Happy Garden on Wallasey Village is the best chippy and the River Queen at the other end by the Village Kwikky is run by a family called Tran and it's class!
- Passage to India, in Liscard for a excellent curry. mcdonalds, bellapois for greek food.
