  • Who remembers Christies, it was a cool night club where we ended up all those years ago, haha
  • Oh hell! RJ's AKA Robson and Jerome's - what a terrible club!! The music sucks and the best DJ is upstairs and he works for ASDA in Liscard! They're doing it up by putting a conservatory on the front like Bobby's next door. The Chelsea is full of particularly youthful patrons and the music is cheesy dance.
  • Rj's to see those familiar faces who are there week in week out. If you've moved away frow Wallasey its always a good place to meet up with old friends. Chelsea if you're desperate!
  • Chelsea, RJs, Bobbys Bar there are other under 18 ones but thats it
  • The chelsea is the worst club i have ever been to (once when i was remarkably young) i knew even then that it was a complete hole. My shoes stuck to the floor when i walked. Cheap drinks like.
  • Hee hee who can forget that club on Magazine Lane (me, forgot what it was called!)
  • The Tavern has a good mix of old drunken types, easy men and tarty women. Definately an alcohol based night out, not a drug zone like town. Not a fashion kind of place.
  • try bobbys bar(next to rj's)for a pre-club drinking session(drinks are relatively cheap) always a warm atmosphere. for the rest of the night, the 2 main choices are the chelsea and rj's. choice 1: the chelsea(22:00-02:00) is a great club with guest djs from liverpool (mostly djs from liverpools radio city 96.7fm)the cocktail bar provides you with 60's,70's and music that you wouldnt normally here at any other club.youre guaranteed to have a great time in there!!,not to mention the huge array of wierd and wild cocktails that get u plastered. also the main room has just had a full re-fit so it looks amazing(the dj box is in a full size power boat!!!!!)the music that u will hear in the main room is of overall quality(the djs play a lot of rare whitelabels etc)you wont be disappointed. you will see some younger clubbers, but they are always shit scared of being found out that they hide in the midst of the dancefloor, covered by the crowd. they are open for business most nights of the week,(monday is 50p a drink night) wed is gay night which is a carry on club from peggy gadflys(gay pub about 300 yards up victoria street choice 2:rj's(22:00-02:00) rjs is a down to earth club which just churns out the same tunes week in, week out.(the music is always commercial house which is,lets face it,a crock of stinking shite!!!) the people that go there pretend to be serious clubbers but are clearly not. rjs have a night on wednesdays which is quite good.(guest dj) the rest of wallasey and new brighton is made up of pubs and bars.
  • The Planet X
  • If going to RJs or Bobbys Bar (next door), take special care not to upset the "security" staff. These guys from Liverpool have a reputation to protect. "Special" ladies may be in line for VIP treatment from the management "crew".
  • none that i would go to....... the KrazyHouse and the L2 in Liverpool are good..
  • chelsea reach in the seventies. monday nites rule
  • The Chelsea Reach is the local night nursery, a real under agers paradise. Coasters and RJs are old fashioned lager and crap music palaces. You need to go to Liverpool for something more trendy than a pint of golden and the Monkee's Daydream Believer.
