if you like your banks, then theres some steep fookers by the civic center, this is best skated in broad daylight as it tends to be inhabited by angry drunkards. ive never seen anyone hit those banks as well as me, so if ya wanna challenge, im yours

- walsall podium cuz we annoy pigs
walsall hart gallery
there is soon to be 2 skateparks in the wharf
- Not on the podium!!!!!!!!!!
- The town centre has lots of railings and is in general one big slope... My mates all go down there in the evenings and on a Sunday... Well they did, Untill Jamie broke his leg doing a 720 on his rollerblades off some steps... HAHAHA
- You kidding? Fountain seems to be attracting plenty of people thought there are kerbs aplenty here.
- I think that by the Art Gallery and near the podeum in Walsall centre are two of the best places for beginners, the art gallery is better as it is less crowded. Most of the skaters and greebos hang around there so its a good place to get in with the cream of teen culture.. ride free
- New bus station attracts skaters- flat but with many rails etc.
- Possibly the 'nice little area' by the market will provide amusement when it finally gets built
- I'm informed by skater friends that up by the Wharf is the best in the centre at the moment!
- Park Hall shops, Safeway with Rich Nunn and Colin Millward up all night long!!!!!
- Excellent sloped blocks by town Wharf near Woolworths - slides & grinds galore!
Bigger blocks at back of Marks and Spencers - good if you're slightly more advanced.
Safeways carpark - some cool gaps and half curbs (perfect for learning tricks onto : flips etc)
Green old school metal bench by the Gala baths perfect for grinds and slides (why don't they make 'em like that anymore?)
Set of three steps outside McDonalds
By the Manor Youth Club there's a wicked block (built by my main man Sprog) - you can use it Mon -Wed 6-30 to 8-30 (plans for mini ramp in development - watch this space)
- Up by town Wharf and Woolworths 25 cm blocks perfect for grinding/sliding and all manner of frollocks. 3 metre blocks, some going downhill - excellent for beginners and pros alike.
The Green Bench - by the Gala swimming baths - old school metal green bench, a bit too high for beginners but otherwise perfect for grinds and slides
Safeways carparks - half curbs excellent for learning tricks in to (flips, shuve-its etc)
Lots of gaps, stairs, etc all round the centre.
Check out Wolverhampton University, Walsall campus near Highgate....stairs, grinding bar, things to ollie - not too bad if the centres too busy to skate
Two schools near junction 10 - wicked steps, gaps and banks - can't remember exactly where they are though - sorry
Half pipe in park near junction 9 (or was it 10), again, can't remember exactly where though
- Nuff curbs, well waxed up. Safeways is best. Tax office behind Homebase is cool.
