I am looking for relatives of Anthony and Edith Homer.
I am sure all of their children and deceased but their must be some grand-children out there.
Family in Canada looking to hook up with them.
They lived in Walsall in the early 1900's, my grandfather was their son, his name was Horace.

Hi Im looking for old school friends that Hillary St infant and Junior school back in 1965 onwards. Steven Dean, Susan Cooper, Christine Ayres,Wayne Stubbs, Peter and Roger Wiseman, Paul Wright are just a few that come to mind. I left the UK in 1975 to emigrate to Australia.

    Just came across your message about Hilary Street School and thought i would throw some more names into the list,Robert Jennings,Paul Pearson,Ivan Creswell,Liane Rogers,Steven Round,Mark Baker,Phillip Campbell,Nick Philpott and Lisa Washington to name a few,just seeing some of the names on your post jogs a few memories of when life seemed so much easier.

    I went to school with all of those names,lost contact with most.Still see Robert Jennings and Steven Round from time to time,both still live in Walsall.Phillip Campbell joined a band and from what i can remember spent a lot of time in Spain with the band.Some of the names you listed brought back me memories such as the Wiseman twins.Hilary St is still going strong as a school and has hard... more >>

Previously I was looking for old friends from Joseph Leckie and QM and Edward Shelley
Have found 'Harv" in Aldridge,Sue Fletcher in Australia,Dave Round S. Africa. Dave Walker of The Redcaps in Montana USA not been in contact with him yet. Is there anyone else out there from Pleck,Bescot or Wednesbury that remembersme or my brother Robert.

    Hi, My Uncle is David Round. He now lives in South Africa. My Godfather is Ian Walker, who was his close friend. My Mum was called Susan Round and was David's younger sister.     I have just come across your enquiry regarding your family. My maiden name was Wiggin and your uncle David was in my class at senior school around1960\61. I worked in civil service with Sue Round and remember her marrying Graham {who lived opposite my grandmother in Broadway West]. I also remember her leaving to live in London area. Hi Re the Engine Inn in Wolverhampton Street on the corner of Blue Lane ( it was once called the Steam Engine) does anyone have any photo's of this pub which was demolished in the 1960's - about 1963- I have tried the local Family History place. Thanks.

anyone used to work at the co-op in walsall? wasn't it crap? Extremely low pay, bad managers who used to ponce around in big cars, while the real workers had to struggle. They stopped the "Divvi" in the mid 80's while sainsbury's and tesco's started giving them out! THIS was what the co-op was supposed to be for! but i'm not bitter...
