- The local council are well known for being 'local characters' who like anything Frinton. Some say the local Council ruined Walton somewhat, not me though, I am happy to put it in words.

- One time Baseball supremo Sam Malone now draws chalk picture in the sand on the beach. He is abbly asssisted by Tony Hart and Neil Buchanon who have made his small scale pictures of fruit, massive. He now uses bizarre materials a-la Tony and Neil. Some things he has used to draw picture on this sclae are; piers, ice, cream, porn mags, keyboards, photos of Brian Eno and vinyl copies of Band On The Run, by Winks (yes, WINKS. This is a different album to the one you're thinking of, okay?)
- Larry Montague is the best street entertainer in the whole wide world. He has a dancing cray fish that swims in it's tank while he swears at it loudly. Once he called it a "F*****g w*****r" for three weeks before collapsing due to hunger. The hospital patched him up and he does it again and agian. Go on Saturdays to Onan street to see him perform. The fish died after the first week and has since been replaced by Kenneth Horne.
