- The Green and the food
- Being surrounded by glorious green space. We have two parks in Wanstead, a huge park in Wanstead House Gardens and a big golf course. Not to mention being 10 minutes from Epping Forest. I also am very pleased to have a 15 minute tube journey to Liverpool Street every day. The area feels very safe and friendly as well.
- The cuckfield!
- Green open spaces
Knowing everybody when you walk along the High Street
- The leering blow -ups of Frank Butcher in the wedding photographer's opposite Snaresbrook Tube
- Wanstead ia a small 'village' yet only a short trip on the Tube to London.
And there are two tube stations so it dosent matter if you get on the wrong train.
