Cheap Food
- Shalimar is an excellent Indian on Hambledon Road. Waiters are tops and the food is delicious. Suprising for a small town for Waterlooville.
- The Peach Garden is the best Chinese in the area. If you dine, then watch out for the complete 70's decor and cheesy pan-pipe music!
- Sadly few decent restaurants. Ma Parkers on London Road is not bad - varied menu (Italian, french etc) and well cooked, but ambience is a bit tacky and plasticky. Good sit-down meals at Waterlooville Football Club. The Peach Garden is a good Chinese. Reasonable take-away Pizzas from Direct Pizzas in Aston Road. Otherwise its McDonalds and/or mediocre sandwich bars I'm afraid.
- Ma Parkers restaurant has now closed and has been replaced by Dominos Pizzas - not as varied a selection but much faster!!
