- theres one- vue- George micheal usto work there, when it was warner bros
- You can`t reserve seats at the Woodside Vue cinema but its a good place to visit (better than Hemel)
- There aren't any. The closest is Warner Village in Garston.
- The cinema in Garston, Watford, is cool, really big, wide variety of films, and right next door to a bowling alley, frankie and benny's, and a bar...what more could you want?
- unless things have seriously changed the closest place is the Warner Village cinema, usual capitalist enterprise, whole complex includes bowling, fast food outlet, ice-skating arena (not ice tho, that crap plastic stuff). ntohing amazing, although take some sort of rifle to take out the annoying pikeys who inevitably will accumulate on the seats behind you, from experience i can tell u that pistols are not accurate enough over long distances, bring a night-scope if possible, you don't want to accidentally hit someone who doesn't deserve it!
- Woodside is the nearest cinema, difficult to get to unless you have a car.
- Virgin complex now....state of the art and the total bollocks.
- THEATRE:makes a change from the flicks GO TO Watford's only theatre 'The Palace Theatre'in Clarendon Road the top of the town end of Clarendon not the (bottle/tube brown legged girls from the offices) side of the one-way system.Watford Palace Theatre had THE MOUSETRAP over 50 years ago before it went to London where it is still going strong(the butler did it) Soon to be refurbished see web-site:- www.watfordtheatre.co.uk/
- Warner village in Garston
- Up Garston where underage people TRY and get into pubs
- I remember the days of queueing outside the Empire & Odeon. The latter is now a poxy snooker hall. 'Herbie goes to Monte Carlo' was quite a treat. Now you have to hotfoot it into London to get a cinema with any character.
- garston. miles away from anywhere, expensive, no alternatives!
- Woodside Leisure centre has the lot....plus a couple of decent eating houses
- Warner Bros cinema in Garston is great for us locals . There are several food out lets and ten pin bowling not to mention the games area.....The cinema has many screens with a booking credit card hot line which means that you can get there late !!!
- The Warner village just outside Watford in Garston has about 15 screens, all bowling and food places, bars etc. Also nearby is the Jarman Park in Hemel Hempstead - about 5 miles from Watford which has its own bars aswell.
- woodside leisure centre with cinema , bars and lots more
