I need families with girls under 16 in them as I've already got my quota of boys.

Are there any ex-girls interested in a reunion? I would love to hear from those who would have started around 1971-72, especially form E, register commencing with Debbie Arnold, Alison Baird, Judith Barnes etc. We must all be approaching 40 now (if not already there) so it might be a nice time to catch up.

Bushey Mill Lane by William Feedam (Member 10018387) on 25-Oct-2000
What ever happened to the Odeon picture house at the top of Bushey Mill Lane? Is the Plaza still open ?
  • Re: Bushey Mill Lane by Sue (Member 10019198) on 26-Oct-2000
The old Odeon became a Waitrose supermarket, but I believe that has changed now. I've not been back to Watford myself now for 11 years.

  • Re: Bushey Mill Lane by Graham (Member 10019293) on 28-Oct-2000
The building was knocked down years ago and has now been replaced by a block of flats. The old Empire cinema has been closed for years as well, and is likely to be demolished soon. The only cinema complex is a relatively new multiplex on the Woodside site.
