Cheap Food
- The Lizzy now does a fine carvery every sunday. There's a great chef, who's somewhat of an artiste, when it comes to cakes. But, hey, at least we might have something to eat in Welford, when the revolutionaries do their usual stuff.
- The Lizzy now offers a take-away chinese. It can be fair pricey but its bloody nice.
The chip van comes every tuesday eve and sat'day lunch. Its expensive, but better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick
- Shoulder of Mutton - forget the rest
- The best place is the Tansers as Dan is very fond of food and can devour 500 mars bar a minute and his brother can hack down trees with his teeth
- The Lizzy does food, stays open til 2.00am and has a chilled disco type affair going on, good pub/restaurant if your popping through, friendly crowd and good looking girls, oh and a great jukebox.
The Wharf is a pubby restaurant next to the canal, alright sort of place, a bit clickly, mainly LOCAL people go there.
