  • Chappo's garage gym is the place to go to compare knob sizes
  • loads of sports clubs in the near vicinity - caldy, oxton, neston the concourse if you want swimming, aerobics etc karate (i think) at a nearby church hall
  • we've got a pool at the concourse
  • GP Sports. It's like a mini JJB Sports.
  • The Concourse has a fair bit going - badminton, squash, swimming, trampolining, tae kwon do, judo, etc. Tennis courts in Ashton Park. West Kirby Football Club is on Greenbank Road and Calday Rugby Club is on Telegraph Road heading out towards Thurstaston. There are also some reasonably new astro-turf hockey pitches by the football club but they're for use by the school, I'm sure you can break down the fence if none of the local scals have done it already though.
  • monkey pushing is well gud fun
  • duck shooting - every friday at 10.00 am in ashton park
