Robert Oakley by chris chedgey (Member 10251796) on 10-Sep-2010
Robert lived in a house which was at right angles to ours in Taunton Drive. This was in the 60`s. We had a great, but all too brief, friendship.
I`ve often wondered whaty became of him. I can remember having Sunday lunch at his house with his parents and listening to The Billy Cotton band Show and Round the Horne on his radio.
it would be great to make contact again - after nearly 50 years.

Pam Farrin by chris chedgey (Member 10251796) on 10-Sep-2010
Anyone know of the whereabouts [or email address] of Pam Farrin. She lived in the Southchurch area abd went to St. Bernards school. She was a Sunday school teacher for a while. I have discovered some great photographs I took of her around 1965.
She was my first girlfriend and i want to say sorry!

I am trying to find ways to afford to come to Leigh more than once a year to visit my family as I miss them so much. Your story is so far fetched. If you can afford to visit the UK once a year that is more than I can.Have you heard about duty.what would happen if it were posible to to do the same thing in any of the Asian countries where jeans made in that country sell for as little as $5 per pair. They are then sold overseas for more than $100.It is the same with the running shoes. This is why we have Customs!

If you ship less than a certain amount to an individual, there is no duty.

My MUM buys my tickets usually so its not me paying for the tickets. So Bruce, you can bite me. Don't make assumptions you know nothing about. This was an honest pitch. As an example, Levi's are only $20 here and much better quality so I know I could resell those.
