Cafes and Coffee Shops
- Can't beat the Harbourside Cafe for a great brekkie or decent value for money no-fuss grub.
- I have 3 fav cafes: the Olive Grove in St Albans St...so quiet and peaceful, the Lookout on Bowleaze Cove...great views, and Upwey wishing well... great place to hide away from the hustle & bustle of life.
- The Bridges Cafe is small and cosy but they do great food, its on a little side road between Park Street and Commercial Road.
- Cafe Nero? Dont go to Suttons Things are burnt or cold - nasty.
- Lots......
- finns
- The Jacaranda (formerly Barnabys) 3 Great George Street is under new ownership, great grub, opens at 6:00am (bonus for them heavy nights in town ;) ),recommend their large brekkie with double bubble :)
- cafe mojos on the sea front is allways good nice atmosphere ,good food and quiet
- 6th form cafe at budmouth..you can enjoy a coffee and watch and admire utter idiots.
- if you want good food there is the country kitchen just off park street and now that the pop-in cafe by the station is under new management, that has a good menu - both these places give you one hell of a meal at realistic and value for money prices. i am a local and would reccommend these two places very highly.
- House on Pooh Corner. Nice cheap food with waitress service.
Upstairs downstairs.
Barnabys near the libarary. Lovely food.
- BAR 2012 is well nice if you want a bit of class. It’s a Coffee bar by day, Cocktail bar by night. A trendy clean bright environment, with white walls and big black seats. They seem to pay a lot of attention to all the little details to make this the best Coffee shop in Weymouth. It wouldn’t look out of place in trendy London.
- All overpriced for the tourists
- COFFEE REPUBLIC IS GREAT PLACE TO LISTEN TO CAFE JAZZ
- Coffee republic, you pay and then they want the shirt off your back too
- coffee republic serves possibly the best coffee, if a little pricey. La terazza in the colwell centre serves a more reasonably priced cup of cappucino
- Some oldies cafes down by the library
- There's a nice italien coffee shop down the same street as QS and HSBC I think but that was a bit pricey. There's always that bear on pooh corner place.
- Lots of these
- suttons (st alban street) for excellent ham rolls
- Check out the Country Kitchen down by Park Street. This is a well kept secret in Weymouth, but for those of you who insist on indulging in the best fry up ever for morning after therapy then this is the place for you.
- They too also are everywhere!
- Another amenity that Weymouth has in abundance. take your pick, there isn't really one that stands out head
and shoulders above the rest...
- Cafe 21 is a cool vegetarian cafe opposite Verdis which will cure any hangover and satisfy any munchies.
- From Brewers Quay, walk towards Newton's Cove. Little known tea stall in someone's back garden. Sit overlooking the cove. Can be smelly (seaweed) at low tide.
