Skateboarding Spots
- Whitchurch has a skate park just behind the Primary School near Neuvic Way.
- There is a new skate park behind Whitchurch Primary School.
Otherwise kids skate at the doctors surgery
- Skate park by the primary school. The surgery car park and ardglen industrial estate.
- The park is up past testborune school. From the school take the next junction on the right as you head to the shop, then turn right again and its up there. Easy walking distance. The park is non painted metal and is slippy as hell, which can make it all the more fun some would say.....4ft mini (slippery) 1 5ft hipped (slightly) quarter (sliippery) to weird shallow 3ft box (slippery) to another quater (slippery). Also a long driveway which if you can only clear to top of if you hack it across the park and pop a plain old olly. Which gets boring after a while....Too long to clear so all your tricks look tang. Down the middle is a curb height double rail which is okay, and there's also a double kinked round rail set into the ground. MIght I say though there are more freaks, weirdos and inbreds there than I have ever seen. And I've never had more trouble with the locals than I have had at that park. Partly due to my mate mouthing them off, and that night he skated naked around the park. Didnt go down that well as he is not related to any of them...All the do is sit and smoke pot and stare. We stiched them up though cos we pissed iun their bong bottle they had cunningly hidden under a quarter (original). Smoke it up lads....Watch out for the stupid ugly ginger one in the green saggy hat and mudvayne hoody. He's a nobber but a wuss so don't take no crap....
- Good places to skate in Whitchurch are Test bourne school (TOWNIEARAMA), The industrial estate, and outside the surgury. Have fun Luce xx 27/9/01
