- we dont have one no more they turned it into a massive bingo hall where all the chav girls who got preggers wen they were fifteen go for a sneaky fag and to win a box of chocolates
- workington,no0wt in w,haven
- in workington cause whitehaven got closed down
- The Rosehill shows some quirky, arthouse films. Went to see Neverland and Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy there.
- No cinema - no bingo hall - nearest one is in Workington
- gaiety cinema rip. you would have to go to workington now to dunmail park to the 7 screen cinema there approx 8 miles
- The nearest cinema is at workington and i would travcel there as it is very big and there are more than ojne screen
- We used to have the Gaity, but since all the bummers got caught in Senhouse Street bogs, it went downhill. God bless Crazy Archie and his magic torch.
- No cinema-have to go to workington!!
- Gaitey shut down, so now we have to travel to jam land to dunmail park.
- gaiety
- No cinema in Whitehaven any more since the Gaiety closed down!
- The gaity cinema was once the cornerstone of everyones leisure time - its a shame that just beacuse it hasn't the cool stuff like dunmail park, people dont go !!! RETRO feel cinema - Its awasome blast from the past - old theatre style place.
- The Gaiety - Sean the Sheep is cool!
- Gaity Cinema - Meet Super Archie, the man with no brain.
- Go to the Gaity, this hallowed place hides a dark secret indeed, a few year back a load of cottegers where found "enjoying themselves" in the public loo. Dobie, we know who you are. Also meet Archie, and delight in running past him as if you where sneeking in then as soon as he catches you, produce your ticket and walk off laughing. Its great.
- Go to the Gaiety and see the 'FAT' Lindsey manageress
However - you could go to the nearest multiplex!
- well u have the choice between the gaiety, gaiety and hmmm... the gaiety. don't expect ne gd films to appear until 3 months after their release. venture out to the plaza in workington.
- The Gaiety is the only cinema in w/haven so we should be grateful its there! its usually used as a hangout for kids on the stairs but the resident bitch soon sorts that out!!!!
- The pictures is crap. Go to workingtons polaza cinemas. the new multi-plex
- GAYtie cinima - the main part is the GAY bit!
- Archie was a fugging legend ...
- cinema, okay i guess. only one screen. dont get all films.
bowling alley has recently been closed down - used to be the number 1 place to be. back in 95 -96. supposed to be getting replaced by an indoor skatepark.
- The Gaiety cinema is a wonderful cinema. It is very friendly, has very nice staff and surroundings. The new manager has made a big difference there, everybody should try to go there. The films do come late, but the seating, sound and friendliness makes the wait worthwhile. Also their new childrens party rate makes the kids very happy (for 3.99 the kids get to see the film and get a box full of goodies). Don't just be a sheep, visit the Gaiety yourself and find out what its like.
- The Graves emporium, don't bother.
- we have cinemas ! i thoughtit were a large tv! that waas like 50 yers b hind the rest of the world
- The Gaiety is a dingy little cinema. Usually get to see films about 3 months after they come out or not at all. Don't eat the popcorn, it's disgusting.
- come on everywhere else gets to see the new movie do we er no!!!!!
- I go to the Gaiety cinema in Whitehaven about as often as Dennis Bergkamp collects airmiles. Nonetheless it is O.K. but gets films about 6 months later than everywhere else.
- The Gaitey and Tangier street. Poor picture Poor sound only go if its raining
- The Gaitey - Usually behind with films as it only has one screen.. Rumours of a new multiplex o the site of the old safeway and multi storey car park..
- Rosehill Theatre ( Cosy and sofisticated) The Gaitey Cinema ( Individual Character)
- The Gaiety - rubbish films about 3 months behind the times.
