• 'board' of whiteaven sell, Vans, Wierd Fish, Roxy and Qucksilver to name but a few
• charity shops
• Board? , currently in the Lonsdale centre is excellent!! It's pretty new and sells skate and surf clothes. Brands include etnies, billabong, ripcurl. Lots of cool nick-nacks and jewellery too. Chilled music makes this a toal oasis.
• Dottie Ps' - Top Shop - Bay Trading - Vanilla - La Chic - Sisters - another I can't remember the name of on Duke Street - Peacocks - and more.
• usual trendy tat shops. a good one for skaters/ goths is adrenalin on duke st

• BOaRD? in Whitehaven do Etnies, Es, Vans, Nikita and Emerica as well as surfer stuff like ripcurl and Billabong
• NEW SHOP OPENING!!! Someones finally got the idea that the town is begging for a decent clothes shop. Board? opens on Friday 15th April in the Lonsdale Centre. Had a look in when they were setting up today and they've got loads of surf labels like Billabong,Ripcurl,Reef and K-Poo. They're doing skater stuff too like Etnies, Es and Nikita.
• NO decent ones that sell baggys and other decent clothes, But claires accessories hv some cool stuff
• not many, and aphrodite on duke st is totally overpriced for what they've got.

• The best clothes shops are new look and top shop. also bay and dorothy perkins and etams.

• Vanilla-independent shop-pricey but sexy! Have a topshop and a Bay trading but that's as far as it goes!! No selfridges or John Lewis-not even a m&S
• all the guys in whitehaven are clones because the only place they can shop is burtons ans Topman and i swear that every guy in whiteahven owns a jacket with the number '67' on it

• Vanilla - awsome window display of foxy lingerie and a 'bang on' of the most georgeous designer clothes. something for everyone..... That lass has got it BANG ON!!!!!! Bring on the mens stuff!!!!!! Aphrodite - nice stuff - quite expensive for what it is like!!! Envy was here - that was trashy and slutty!!!Top-shop is always a good bet - but make sure you dont go out in public in case you recognise someone else with your top on !!

• Atrocious, part of the reason why tracksuits and shellsuits are still in fashion here is that most shops sell nothing else. If another sportswear shop opens here, I'll scream.

• La Chice (or something like that) sometimes have decent clothes, but be preapared to be followed around the shop.
