• Silver Darlings have a top chef and great staff lovely place to relax and leisurely eat a nice meal...

• A French restaurant, Chinese restaraunt and takeaways include two Indian, two more chinese and several chippies.
• The "Bord de L'eau" is a wonderful French restaurant run by Daniel and Janice with authentic, cooked to order, delicious menus. Mackays Hotel have excellent dinner and lunch menus. As well as "Elizabeths" and "Houstons" who both do tasty sit-in meals and takeaways, there is also a choice of Chinese or Indian cuisine as well.

• Elizabeths is the place to go if you feel like risking your health but it's the nearest you'll get to a Macdonalds.
• Elizabeths is great if you require tasty, hot food which is cooked in the best conditions by the best people(if your name's McPhee)!!!!!!!!!

• The Great Wall Chinese Take Away does exellent chips and Gravy for £1:80.And great spare ribs.
• Most pubs in town do food, and Wick boasts THREE chinese takeaways (service with a smile in all)
• Wick was the biggest herring port in the world in the 19th century. Hence most weekers live on tatties and herring.
• Queens Hotel, Francis Street, Great food. and cheap. Chinky's on the High Street, OK when you're hungry/drunk. Nethercliff Hotel, Great Pub Grub.
