- "THE MUSIC SHOP" is now under new management (James) and sells load of instruments from drum kits and a great selection of guitars to keyboards, fiddles, penny whistles even, and they also stock the latest in T-shirts, cds, video and cassette tapes. If they haven't got it they will make a big effort to get it!
- wot is wick the just like there piss ups.
- sometimes dodgy people come up and sell cds in the Norseman or the Waterfront
- Local bands are starting to sell their own music locally and the site at www.caithness.org has some samples - better ones are on the way the first few are a test.
- Shearers soft 80s rock extravaganza goes down well here.
