• willenhall skatepark. i havent been there in a while (year or so) but i went there the other day (6/3/06) and they had built some new stuff. this includes a manual pad with a rail going from halfway, along and down and a grind box with two levels. its pretty sweet but theres still no surface on the little 1/4 pipe and they could make the box better.
• the wake-field car park attracts baby-skaters, or the ramps in the park- better off going to Wolves civic centre.
• There’s willenhall skate park which consists of 2 decent rails, a smallish fun box with 2 quarter pipes to get your speed, a couple of metal benches and another crap quarter that I have never seen anyone use. For flat land you can just use the tennis courts or there is a car park just up the road from the swimming baths and library which has a really sweet ledge that slopes so it also acts as a little kicker. Just outside the library is a few v.steep quarters and over the road there is a wall that can be gapped and tricked over. In willenhall town itself which I wouldn’t even recommend going to because it’s lame there’s is a nice waist height rail that I have seen Shaun Lockyer grind. Further in there’s like a longish 2 set and alot of smooooooth flatland and some leftover crates and boxes to do stuff over. That’s about it.
