- A nice safe place to raise kids!!
- Wimborne is such a nice place to grow up. I myself having grown up there and moved away have definately grown to appreciate what the close-knit community did for me. I the other hand everyone knows everyones business and everyone knows who's doing who and where!! But, i wouldn't have it any other way.
- id just like to say that having lived in wimborne for most of my young life i really miss it i am doing a years voluntary work in the usa and i realise that wimborne is not such a bad place after all
- The heavy policing at the folk fest is there for the benefit of the spakky little hooligans from out of town & cant hold they're drink.
- Wimborne on New Years Eve is always brilliant. Especially if you're there with your best friends and have had a fair bit to drink. See you all there at the end of the year!
- The folk festival. A veritable delight of morris dancers by day and hevily policed drinking at night. The only time of the year when morris dancers can come out!
