• Starting from top of town! Uncle toms, dolphin, white horse, pegasus club, the bear, nog inn, red lion and millers! We gotta a lot of pubs!
• White horse - for Sky football + Pool The Nog Inn - for friendly staff
• I hear the Red Lion is under new management and the average age has dropped massively.
• The Millers and the George are the best pubs. Avoid the others unless your doing research into genetic disorders, the effects of snorting cider or flogging razors that enable you to shave your eye lids. Underage drinking is not a problem in the town...the youth fled years ago. If you see any clients with a 'fresh face' it probably cost £10,000. The problem for barstaff now is how to serve the living dead.

• Starting from the top of town and working down. Uncle Toms - Ale & Cider House Dolphin - Lively sports pub. Good accommodation White Horse - Big screen football. Nightclub attached. Bear Inn - Popular Old Coaching Inn. Be careful turning into car park! Good accommodation Red Lion - Market Place locals pub George Inn - Recently refurbished (and an improvement) Millers Inn - Recntly changed hands (see above) Nog Inn - Very good grub
• Dolphin - Lively Sports Pub Uncle Toms - Cider House White Horse - Complete with lively Night Club Bear - Good Food and Accommodation Red Lion - Village Pub Atmosphere Nog Inn - Excellent Food. Family Atmosphere George - Newly Refurbished Millers Inn - Recently Changed Hands (for the better)
