Can anyone help me as the web is not offering up any information. Two of my uncles were placed in a Chldrens Home in Wincanton in the 1930`s until 1944. Understand the people who ran the home were known as Auntie Muriel and uncle Jim they retired to Weston Super Mare and kept in contact with the family. Sorry if this sounds slightly dodgy, but where are the public toilets in Wincanton, if any? I'm on the way to Andover from Devon next week with a coachload of females, some of whom will probably wish to avail themselves of the facilities.
