- Down stairs in The Stags is a must in order to feel like a real local. The music and the disco is organised by a local company and it is done with much skill and experience. It is often rumoured that the people found to be drinking in the Stags, are actually nailed to the floor because no matter how often you do or don't visit the Stags nothing or nobody will have changed. Therefore only one visit per life time is absolutly neccessary. It is also very famous for the more fresh-faced crowd of the community.

Best Pub for miles..as well as the oldest.
Live music most Friday and Saturdays through the year .
Some Saturdays through the season, they have some pretty good live blues music as well.
Excellent bar meals.
